1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Size issue, only if return/exchange is allowed and the product is unused with original packaging
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be available
- Return request must be raised within [3/5/7] days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Discounted, clearance, or final sale items, if marked as non-returnable
- Hygiene-sensitive items, if applicable
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, depending on eligibility.
5. Exchange
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item sent by us, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
- In other cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer, if applicable.
